Advantage provides contract loan-processing services to licensed mortgage brokers and lenders. We are not a mortgage lender and not a mortgage broker. We do not take loan applications from consumers, we do not offer or negotiate loan rates or terms, and nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to lend or to extend credit.

Jessica Skinner is licensed as a mortgage loan originator, NMLS #2856854, in Colorado and Florida, and performs processing work only. Licensing can be verified at NMLS Consumer Access.

3. No professional advice

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, compliance, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment or your own counsel. You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance, including the licensing and supervision requirements that apply to your business and to your use of a contract processor.

Prices and service descriptions on this site are provided for general information and may change without notice. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Advantage and the broker or lender, which controls if it conflicts with this site.
